No. We never charge for extra work without your approval. If there’s a change to the original scope, we’ll discuss it with you first and provide clear pricing through a formal change order.

For some remodels (like bathrooms or flooring), you can stay home. For larger additions or full-house jobs, we’ll talk through logistics and help you plan for the least disruption possible.
